In 2008 I was casting about for a rental property and came across this small, somewhat rundown place, in the League City/Kemah area. I was about to put in an offer when Hurricane Ike blasted us, and I promptly forgot about this place. 

Then, in 2015 I was looking again and to my surprise the itty-bitty "petite retreat" was back on the market! Hello! How weird is that? Now it was Margaritaville meets World Market. Time for a major redux!
